The Diocesan Youth Conference offers youth the opportunity to meet new friends, engage in exciting workshops, listen to dynamic speakers, laugh, sing and worship with other like minded young people.

The Diocesan Catholic Youth Conference is also where we elect new representatives to the Diocesan Catholic Youth Board. In addition to elections there is a banquet on Saturday evening. There are recognitions of those who have distinguished themselves through service and faith. Outstanding parishes and youth advisors are also honored.

There is a dance following the banquet on Saturday evening. The weekend is closed with a mass celebrated by our own Bishop. The new Diocesan Catholic Youth Board is installed during the closing mass and the youth groups are sent back to their parishes to share the excitement of another great year.

Don't forget to bring scrapbook and banner to the conference. Scrapbooks and banners are on display throughout most of the conferenceso you can take a peek at what other youth groups are doing.

Photos must be received by February 22, 2008.

All parishes may submit photos to the Office of Youth & Young Adult Ministries. All photos must be scanned onto a disk in jpeg format prior to their submission. Regions may submit additional photos (in scanned format) of regional functions. Please do not submit paper photos to the Youth Office.
